Fundraising ideas

You can raise money anywhere – at home, work, school or by yourself. Here are some tried and tested classics to get you started, or check out our fundraising ideas for more inspiration.

• Pub quiz – pick a venue, decide on your questions and charge a fee for entry
• Fancy dress party – it's a classic for a reason. You could involve just your friends or the whole community
• Sports tournament – get a charity tournament going – hockey, volleyball, sailing – whatever floats your dinghy. Just make sure you collect those registration fees
• Football fun day – set up some training sessions at a local school and encourage kids to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Fundraise online

Fundraising online is the quickest and easiest way to collect sponsorship money. Why not set up a Justgiving page for your fundraising event? All the money will be returned to us automatically.

Gift aid

Ask your sponsors to Gift Aid it. This means for every £100 raised we get at least an extra £25 for free and at no cost to you. Learn more in our Gift Aid section.
